The Top is made in BWP grade 18 mm Plywood, with 1mm thickness premium laminated double side, the edge is sealed with PVD Metal SS T patti. The double lamination and Metal T patti seal the plywood 95% + from absorbing any moisture.
There is a Apron structure, this is the spine of the product. It contains 2pcs of 2×2 in MS pipe powder coated in black + 1 pcs Middle Anchor BWP plywood double ply & double laminated + BWP Pywood Jig pieces that align with the top and base. This structure holds the top and ensures it from warping and bending and flexing and connects the table base legs left and right.
The Table Base is made in solid wood and BWP Plywood double laminated panelling, with PVD SS T patti highlights.
The Dining chairs contains of the seat + back leg, front two legs and a back cushion, all easily assembled by fixing provided screws into place. Upholstery of cushion is in 40 density foam with faux suede fabric + felt backing (astar).
The Top part + dining table base left & right + chairs are also sold separately as parts, if in future incase of unwarranted reasons is damaged, that specific part can be ordered for and replaced with. Or the latest design bases can also be ordered to fit with an old top, or an old top to be replaced with new design on old base, all is possible, as our master template the anchor frame jig remains same in all DT series of future.
